On-course drink ordering for golf courses: how QR ordering works

The beverage cart has a timing problem. Golfers get thirsty on the 7th hole, and the cart is on the 14th. Golfers wave it down, or go without. On-course ordering flips that around: the golfer orders from the cart they are riding in, and staff bring the order to them.
This is how it works with BringBevvy, the QR ordering platform we build for golf courses, campgrounds and resorts.
How it works on the course
- A QR code on every cart. Each cart gets its own code, so every order arrives already labeled with where to deliver it, such as "Golf Cart 14."
- Golfers order from their phone. They scan, browse your menu, and pay in their phone browser in under a minute. There is no app to download.
- Staff see it instantly. The order appears in the fulfillment app on any phone, tablet or laptop, and staff mark it preparing, on the way and delivered.
The same works off the course: simulator bays, the patio, the pool or the clubhouse.
Your brand, not ours
BringBevvy is white-label. Golfers see your course's name, logo, colors and menu.
Payments and payouts
Payments run through Stripe. Your course connects its own Stripe account during setup, and its share of each order is paid out on a daily rolling basis. Every transaction shows in your Stripe dashboard for reconciliation.
What about alcohol?
BringBevvy is ordering software. It does not handle or deliver alcohol. Your staff check ID when they hand over the order, exactly as they would in person, under your existing liquor license and training.
What it costs
Nothing for the course: no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no contract. Guests pay a 15% service fee, minimum $3, and the course keeps 100% of item revenue.

No. They scan the QR code and order in their phone's browser.
Can staff use their own phones?
Yes. The fulfillment app is web-based and runs on any phone, tablet or laptop.
