Rowdy: Row on Water for Apple Vision Pro, by Flying Tofu Productions, LLC.
Rowdy is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they ever conflict, Apple's agreement wins.
Exercise safely
Rowdy is for general fitness and entertainment. It is not medical advice, and the distance, pace, power and calorie figures it shows are estimates. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or are pregnant. Warm up, row at a level that suits you, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
Using Apple Vision Pro while rowing
Rowdy shows a fully immersive scene, so you will not see your room while you row. Before you start, make sure your rowing machine is set up as its maker intends, the area around it is clear of people, pets and objects, and you can sit and move safely. Follow Apple's safety guidance for Apple Vision Pro. Take a break if you feel motion discomfort. Children should use Rowdy only with an adult watching.
Purchases
Journeys and Free Row spaces are one-time in-app purchases sold by Apple. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Places and facts
Journeys follow real waterways, and postcards share facts about real places. We work to keep them accurate, but routes and scenery are simplified for the experience and may not match the real place exactly. Map imagery is provided by Apple Maps.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rowdy is provided "as is", and Flying Tofu Productions, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the app or your equipment with it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change.
