Midnight Tarot, an Alexa skill by Flying Tofu Productions.
Midnight Tarot is for reflection and entertainment. Readings are not predictions of future events, and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make are your own.
Using the skill
Midnight Tarot is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Your card for the day, the three card spread, and the meaning of any of the 78 cards are free to use.
Midnight Tarot Plus
Midnight Tarot Plus is an optional monthly subscription sold through Amazon's in-skill purchasing. It adds readings composed for a question you ask aloud, and a record of the cards you have drawn.
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Billing, renewals, trials, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Amazon under your Amazon account settings and Amazon's terms. To cancel, say "cancel my subscription" to the skill, or manage it in the Alexa app.
Availability
We aim to keep the skill working but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and the skill may be withdrawn. If a paid feature is withdrawn while you are subscribed, cancel through Amazon to stop further billing.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the skill, extract its content in bulk, or use it to provide readings commercially to others.
Content
The card interpretations and other written content in Midnight Tarot are the property of Flying Tofu Productions. Tarot itself, and the traditional imagery of the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, are in the public domain.
Liability
The skill is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flying Tofu Productions is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from decisions you make after a reading.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above will change when they are, and continuing to use the skill means accepting the revised terms.
