Midnight Tarot for Apple Vision Pro
The Vision Pro app collects no data. It has no account and no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and nothing you do in it is sent to us or to anyone else.
Readings are written on your Vision Pro
Readings, answers to your questions, and Deep Readings are written by Apple Intelligence, which runs on your Vision Pro. Your questions and the cards you draw are not sent to us or to any server.
What stays on your Vision Pro

What is kept in your iCloud Keychain
How many Deep Readings you have bought and not yet used, how many of the three free questions you have asked, and the identifiers of purchases already counted. These are kept in your iCloud Keychain, encrypted by Apple, so that deleting and reinstalling the app does not lose what you paid for. They contain nothing about you, and we cannot see them.
Optic ID
If you lock your journal, visionOS checks your Optic ID or passcode. The app only learns whether the check succeeded and never receives any biometric data.
Purchases
Full Moon and Deep Readings are sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the payment and your payment details entirely. The app receives a record of what you own from Apple, on your device, so it can unlock it. We never see your payment information.
Sharing and PDFs
Share images and journal PDFs are made on your Vision Pro and go only where you choose to send them.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes your journal and settings. Because nothing is sent to us, we hold no data about you to delete.
Children
Midnight Tarot is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
Midnight Tarot for Alexa
Midnight Tarot does not ask for, receive, or store your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment details. It never receives recordings of your voice.
What the skill stores

What the skill reads but does not store
Your device's time zone, requested from Amazon at the start of a session, so that your daily card changes at your midnight rather than at UTC midnight. It is used for that calculation and not written down.
Where it is stored
In Amazon DynamoDB in the AWS US East (N. Virginia) region, encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the skill's own function.
Who else sees it
When a subscriber asks the cards a question, that question and the names of the cards drawn are sent to Anthropic's Claude model, hosted by Amazon Web Services through Amazon Bedrock, to compose the reading. No identifier of any kind accompanies them, so the request cannot be linked back to you. How AWS handles this data is described in the Amazon Bedrock data protection documentation.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. The skill contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
Purchases
Midnight Tarot Plus is sold through Amazon's in-skill purchasing. Amazon handles the transaction and your payment details entirely. We receive only whether your subscription is currently active, and never see your payment information.
Deleting your data
Disabling the skill in the Alexa app removes your access. To have your stored readings deleted, contact us at the address below and say which skill you are writing about; we will delete them within 30 days.

Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will change and the revised policy will be posted here before it takes effect.
