Midnight Tarot, an Alexa skill by Flying Tofu Productions.
Midnight Tarot does not ask for, receive, or store your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or payment details. It never receives recordings of your voice.
What the skill stores

What the skill reads but does not store
Your device's time zone, requested from Amazon at the start of a session, so that your daily card changes at your midnight rather than at UTC midnight. It is used for that calculation and not written down.
Where it is stored
In Amazon DynamoDB in the AWS US East (N. Virginia) region, encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the skill's own function.
Who else sees it
When a subscriber asks the cards a question, that question and the names of the cards drawn are sent to Anthropic's API to compose the reading. No identifier of any kind accompanies them, so the request cannot be linked back to you. Anthropic's handling of API data is described in their privacy policy.
Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. The skill contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.
Purchases
Midnight Tarot Plus is sold through Amazon's in-skill purchasing. Amazon handles the transaction and your payment details entirely. We receive only whether your subscription is currently active, and never see your payment information.
Deleting your data
Disabling the skill in the Alexa app removes your access. To have your stored readings deleted, contact us at the address below and say which skill you are writing about; we will delete them within 30 days.
Children
Midnight Tarot is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
Entertainment only
Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions, and are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will change and the revised policy will be posted here before it takes effect.
